Mary Purvis

Departed this life August 22, 2013. Mrs. Mary E. Purvis of Richmond. She is preceded in death parents,Llamitee Doyle and Lena Gary; sister, Beatrice Gary; three brothers; John, Raymond and Wesley Gary. She is survived by husband, Curtis L. Purvis; two daughters, Linda M. Purvis-Bacon and Angel L. Purvis; one son, Curtis T. Purvis(Bilah); four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; four sisters; Vivian Lassiter, Maggie Smith(Percy), Annie Jones and Ella Edmonds; one brother,Herbert Gary(Carrie); several nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Ave. where a visitation will be held 11am, 1 hour prior to funeral services at Noon Thursday. Interment private.
