Departed this life September 20, 2013. Mrs. Della Suggs of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Suggs Sr. and two sons, Alvin Suggs and Wilbert Suggs. She is survived by one daughter, Dorothy Hopkins; two sons, Richard Suggs Jr. and Allen Suggs; 15 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Linda Suggs; one son-in-law, Jerome Hopkins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 1PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2801 Mechanicsville Tnpk where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Brother Ward Macey off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the Kingdom Hall 12:45PM Wednesday.
