Willie E. Williams

Departed this life September 22, 2013. Willie E. Williams, age 81, formerly of Washington Park. He is preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor “Louise” Williams, one daughter, Deborah Williams, one son, Larry R. Williams, and one granddaughter, Nicole Williams. He is survived by one step son, Allen Coy; one grandson, Jerry Gathers Jr.; one sister, Susie Winston Sears; a host of nieces, nephews among them a devoted, Herman Winston Jr. and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday 12 noon at Trinity Baptist Church, 2811 Fendall Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. A. Lincoln James(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Friday.
