Departed this life October 5, 2013. William O. Turner of Richmond. He is preceded in death by one son, William Turner Jr. He is survived by his wife, Rosa Turner; two grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; a host of nieces, among them Delores Adkins and Tina Adkins, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 10AM. Interment Quantico National Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 9:45AM Friday.
