Johnson, Departed this life May 22, 2008. Mrs. Alice C. Johnson of Richmond. She is survived by her husband, William E. Johnson Sr.; two sons, Leroy Henderson and Anthony Coleman; four grandchildren; four step children, Pamela Brooks, Audrey Hewlett, William E. Johnson Jr. and Melvin L. Johnson; two sisters, Ida Gordon and Jeanette H. Tillman; one brother, Dread Henderson Jr.; eleven stepgrandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; two aunts, Louise Glover and Gloria Miller; one uncle, Hoover Glover; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; four daughters-in-law, Mary Henderson, Stacey Coleman, Sondra and Margaret Johnson; two sons-in law-,Joe Hewlett and Jeff Brooks; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn Myles and Mamie Nash; four brothers-in law-,James T. Gordon, Joseph, Charles and Walter Johnson; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 11A.M. Rev. Harold Nash off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45A.M. Monday.
