George W. Redmon Jr.

Departed this life October 19, 2013. George W. Redmon Jr., age 40, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by one brother, Chad Redmon. He is survived by his parents, Deborah and George Redmon Sr.; two sisters, Yolanda Baptiste and Marcea Redmon; maternal grandmother, Helen Dixon; paternal grandmother, Gertrude E. Redmon; two aunts; six uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one brother-in-law, Jim Baptiste and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11AM at Riverview Baptist Church, 2604 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Stephen Hewett(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Saturday.
