Departed this life November 7, 2013. Jonathan Godbold, age 59, of Richmond. He is survived by father, Wesley Tillman; one sister, Rhonda Meredith; one brother, Wayne Godbold; three aunts; Ernestine Mines, Hazel Godbold and Geneva Gregory; one uncle, Willie James Godbold; two nieces, LaToya Meredith and LaKiesha Godbold; one nephew, Jesse Meredith Jr.; a host of great nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 noon at Hood Temple AME Zion Church, 16 W. Clay Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Tony D. Henderson off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Thursday
