Lelia Brinsen Cummings

Departed this life November 15, 2013. Mrs. Lelia B. Cummings, age 84, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lee(Beau) Cummings Jr and one grandson. She is survived by four daughters; Audrey C. Johnson, Carolyn C. Chambliss, Deborah B. Taylor and Paulette C. Boyd; one son, Thomas Lee Cummings III; nine grandchildren; a host of great and great great grandchildren; three sisters; Mary Brooks, Roberta Brinsen and Pearl Patterson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sons-in-law, Raymond E. Johnson Sr., Kenneth Chambliss, and Wayne Taylor Sr.; one sister-in-law, Mary Cummings and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Wednesday and where funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 noon. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Thursday.
