Lester J. Young

Departed this life December 21, 2013. Mrs. Lester Young, age 90, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Young. She is survived by one daughter, Lucille Edwards; three grandchildren; Valencia “Lynn” Jones(Dwayne), Traci Edwards and Erika Brandon(Curtis); three great grandchildren; a host of nieces among them a devoted Mildred Branch, nephews and cousins; one devoted sister-in-law, Marie Randle; and other relatives and friends. She loved “sweets!” Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where services will be held Saturday at 11AM. Bishop Melvin Williams Jr. off. Interment Maury Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Saturday.
