Lorraine W. Towles

Departed this life December 25, 2013. Mrs. Lorraine W. Towles, age 94, of Richmond. She was a long time flower vendor. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hezekiah Towles, four sons; Hezekiah Jr., Robert L., William E. and James E. Towles. She is survived by four daughters; Shirley Redmon, Elder Lorraine Freeman, Josephine Ross and Maxine Ruffin; one son, Leroy Towles; 22 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; nine great great grand children; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law, Linda and Roberta Towles; one son-in-law Esau Ruffin and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday 11AM at the Community Church of God in Christ, 1801 Park Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. David Wright(pastor) off.
