Martha Gary Townsend

Townsend. Departed this life June 18, 2008. Mrs. Martha Gary Townsend of Richmond. She is survived by two daughters, Ann Caddell and Yolando Gary; one son, Demetris Gary; Eleven grandchildren; one son-in-law, James Caddell; her godmother, Ella Oates and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 1 P.M. at Chicago Avenue Baptist Church, 2331 Broad Rock Blvd, where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Marlon Haskell(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45 P.M. Saturday.
