Pate, Departed this life June 21, 2008. Doral L. Pate of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his brother, Wesley Pate. He is survived by his mother, Rosemay Pate Carter; his father, Abraham McClain; a step father, Dwayne Carter; one brother, Keith McClain; four aunts, June Pate Lowery(Joe), Marion J. Pate, Sheila Pate and Irene McClain Ross(Matthew); two uncles, Larry Pate and William McClain(Charlene); one great aunt, Louise Anderson; a host of cousins, among them a devoted Wanda Pate and Lataunya Dillard; and other relatives and friends among them devoted, Twanda Bullock, Harry Bailey, Eugene Willis and his godmother, Sylvia Lee(Lynn). Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday 1P.M. Rev. Ella Garland off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45P.M. Saturday.
