Spencer, Departed this life suddenly June 19, 2008. James H. Spencer of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy L. Spencer. He is survived by one son, Kenya N. Spencer; one brother Raleigh Goins(Mamie); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10AM. Rev. Robert L. Spears Jr. off. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Emporia, Virginia. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 9:45A.M. Saturday.
