Frances Shaw Parker

Departed this life February 16, 2014. Mrs. Frances Shaw Parker of New York, formerly of Richmond. She is a graduate of the 1957 class of Maggie L. Walker. She is survived by two brothers, Retired Master Sergeant Nathaniel C. Shaw Jr. and Ronald Shaw of Arlington; step mother, Ann(Folly) Shaw; two aunts, Elizabeth(Hackett) Cooper and Marjorie(Hackett) Peace both of Roxbury, Massachussetts; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law; Ramona(Arias) Shaw, Ann Davis Goodrum and Patricia A. Waddell and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30pm Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11am at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 909 Rennie Avenue. Father George Zahn(pastor). Interment Woodland Cemetery.
