Lucille Virginia Hayes

Departed this life March 23, 2014.  Mrs. Lucille S.  Hayes, age 100, of Richmond.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Silas J.  Hayes.  She is survived by one sister, Eleanor S.  Franklin; a host of nieces, among them devoted Rita Franklin and Sandra Myers;  nephews and cousins;  one brother- in- law, Joseph Miles and other relatives and friends.  Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr.  Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue.  Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.  Rev.  Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Saturday.
