Sylvanious Norell Peyton

Peyton, Departed this life July 28, 2008. Sylvanius(Sonny) Peyton of Richmond. He is survived by two brothers, James P. Peyton Sr. and Bernard T. Peyton Sr.; a host of nieces and nephews, among them devoted Freda Henderson, Timmie Alston, Gisele Friend and Ronald Jones; a host of great nieces and great nephews, among them Timmie and Deontray Alston, whom he loved and cared for as his sons; a host of cousins; two sisters-in-law ,Lillie and Carolyn Peyton, one brother-in-law, Melvin S. Jones Sr. and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30PM to 7:30PM on Thursday and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Rev. James Ashton off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45P.M. Friday.
