Viola Scott

Departed this life June 13, 2014. Mrs. Viola Elizabeth Ross Scott, age 87, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Scott, one daughter, Beatrice Smithers and one son, Anthony Ross. She is survived by one daughter, Dorothy Bolling; two sons, Charlie and Rev. Douglas Ross; nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law, Rosalyn and a devoted Gwendolyn Ross; one son-in-law, Joseph Bolling Sr.; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM on Thursday and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday.
