Departed this life July 5, 2014. Mrs. Rebecca Brown, age 91, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Brown. She is survived by two daughters, Leola(Mae) Brown and Geraldine Winston; one son, Joseph(Charlie) Brown; two grandchildren, Sherod Blackwell and Janequa Winston; three great grandchildren; Cory Winston and Nasir & Seattle Blackwell; one brother, Joseph(Roger) Brodnax; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Irene Tanner; one brother-in-law, Wilbert Tabb; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Wednesday and where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Thursday.
