Departed this life September 4, 2014. Baby Girl O’llyn Spratley, age 11 months, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her brother, O’ustin Spratley. She is survived by her mother, Ollie Ellis, her father, Michael Spratley; maternal grandmother, Linda Smith; maternal grandfather, George Row; one sister, O’Shawnna Ellis; six aunts; Antonia & Keisha Smith, Nicole & Bernita Row, Mortice Jackson and Gretchen Warren; a host of great uncles among them Pastor Jerome Smith(Stephanie) and Pastor Jimmy Smith(Sheila); a host of cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held 11am Tuesday. Bishop Cleveland Hill(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Tuesday.
