James Lee Easter

Easter, Departed this life September 30, 2008. James Easter of Richmond. He is preceded in death by one son, Ivan Jasper. He is survived by three sons, Tony Leander, Clayton and Ralph Easter; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters, a devoted, Rosa Lee Hoover and Shirley Jones; two brothers, Linwood Easter and Howard Easter of Boston, Massachussets; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Tracey Easter; _____ sisters-in-law, among them two devoted Bertha Easter and Julia Scott; ____ brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends, among them a devoted Robert Lee Chambliss. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Monday 1P.M. at Center Street Triumphant Baptist Church, 1801 Mansion Avenue where remains will lie in state on hour prior funeral time. Rev. Laverne Goodwine(pastor) off. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45P.M. Monday.
