Dabbs, Departed this life October 4, 2008. Joe N. Dabbs of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth J. Dabbs. He is survived by two daughters, Joann Jeter and Pamela Benson; five sons; Joe Jr., Henry, Herbert & Kiawo Dabbs and Scottie Williams; 18 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; one sister, Juanita Womack; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter- in- law, Audrey Williams; one son-in-law, Vernon Benson; two sisters-in-law, Laniar Jackson and Anna Dabbs; one brother-in-law, Roy Jeffress and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday 1P.M. at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state on h our prior to funeral time. Dr. Ricardo Brown(pastor) off. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45P.M. Friday.
