Rogers, Departed this life October 13, 2008. Mrs. Betty Boyd Rogers of Richmond. She is survived by two sons Maurio and Michael Rogers; two grand daughters Tierra Chavis and Iesha Rogers; two sisters Mary Sanjurjo and Olivia Macklin; three brothers Albert, William and David Boyd; two aunts Viola Boyd and Everline Ashe; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters in law Glennis and Paulette Boyd; one brother in law David Sanjurjo and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11a.m. at Sixth Baptist Church, 400 S. Addison Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Yvonne Bibbs(pastor) officiating Internment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Thursday
