Departed this life September 20, 2014. James Cleo Smith, age 70, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Smith; one daughter, Nicole R. Smith; one son, James C. Smith III; one grandson, Jay’Sean Smith; his mother, Daisy F. Jones and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Saturday 2:30pm at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Ave. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:15PM Saturday.
