Departed this life November 17, 2014. Rudolph McCollum Sr., age 78, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by two sons, William and Rodney McCollum. He is survived by his wife, Ida B. McCollum; two daughters, Marisha McCollum and Jacqueline McCollum Walker; three sons; Rudolph Jr, Ronald and Robert McCollum; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law, Joyce and Karla McCollum; one son-in-law, Ernest Walker; three sisters-in-law; Lena Millner, Leora Hampton and Mary McCollum; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at Riverview Baptist Church, 2604 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Stephen L. Hewlett(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Saturday.
