Thelma Jones-Hawthorne

Departed this life, December 21, 2014, Mrs. Thelma Jones- Hawthorne of Richmond. She is preceded in death by James Stephen Jones and Predzel Hawthorne, Sr. She is survived by three daughters, Sandra J. Gray., Reverend Dr. Yvonne Jones-Bibbs, and Sheila J. Ashby; two sons, Ronald Jones and Lawrence Jones; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister, Juanita Scott; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Karen Jones; one son-in-law, H. Clay Bibbs; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Monday 11 a.m. at Sixth Baptist Church, 400 S. Addison Street. Dr. Yvonne Jones-Bibbs (Pastor) officiating. Interment, Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45 a.m. Monday.
