Departed this life December 29, 2014. William Smyre Jr., age 49, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Smyre; four daughters; Leslie Moseley, Marchelle Lee, Lachelle Smyre and Antique Smyre; six sons; Perry Lee, Shawn Smyre, Theron Moseley, Antoine Smyre, Levar Smyre and William Smyre III; six grandchildren; his father, Williams Smyre Sr.; three sisters; Patricia Williams, Jean Hill and Shantan Smyre; six brothers; Leroy Smyre, Thomas Ferrell, Kelvin Smyre, Charles Smyre, James Smyre, and Vosean Smyre; two aunts, Patricia Ragland and Ella Smyre; three uncles; Benjamin Ragland, Leroy Ragland and James Smyre; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Alicia Lee; his father-in-law, Hilton DeRouen; four sisters-in-law; Kristen & Arlene Smyre, Carlise Ferrell and Lateice Hartman; and other relatives and friends among them a devoted friend, Gloria Smith. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayand Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30am. Rev. Alberta Martin off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:15am Friday.
