Fairbank Dabney

Departed this life January 28, 2015. Fairbank “Jack” Dabney, age 84, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Dabney and a daughter, Jacquelin Dabney. He is survived by a son, Fairbank Smith(Rosalind); three stepchildren; Larry Smith, Karen Harris and Barbara Smith; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother, Joseph Arthur Dabney Jr.(Jean); a host of nieces and nephews among them a devoted Millicent Dabney Ferrell, Charles Dabney and Florence Dabney-Ferrell and cousins; sisters-in-law, Alice Morgan, Claudette Crisp and Anne Rogers; brother-in-law, Bernard Rogers and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 3PM. Rev. Ricardo Brown off. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45PM. Monday.
