Harry Clark Vass

Vass, Harry Clark Vass, 89 of Richmond went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2008. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 40 years Virginia R. Vass; two sons, Thomas E. Jr and David M. Scates; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; a god sister, Jacquelin H. Parker; three sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; a devoted neighbor, Earnest Jean Hudson and other relatives and friends. Harry was a retired employee of the Federal Reserve Bank and a member of the Knights of Saint Phillips Episcopal Church for 60 years. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7PM on Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM at Saint Phillip’s Episcopal Church, 2900 Hanes Avenue. Father Alonzo Pruitt off. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
