Departed this life February 6, 2015. Mrs. Elsie Brackett, age 78, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Aaron S. Brackett Sr. and one daughter, Glinda R. Parker. She is survived by one daughter,r Deborah Davis; one son, Aaron S. Brackett Jr.; six grandchildren; one great granddaughter; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Brackett; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday 11am at the Community Church of God in Christ, 1801 Park Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. David Wright(pastor) off. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Thursday.
