Departed this life March 16, 2015. Frizzell Belton, age 41, of Richmond. He is survived by two children, Tatiana and Jumon; mother Margaret Belton; father, William Belton Jr.; one sister; two brothers and a host of loved ones. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 12 noon. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45am Friday.
