Mamie G. Allen

Departed this life April 2, 2015. Mrs. Mamie G. Allen, age 91, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Osborne Allen, and five children; Valie Battle, and Henry, Percy, David and Roosevelt Allen. She is survived by three daughters; Lizzie Burrell, Delores Hawkins and Monique Allen; five sons; Beniah Allen, Joseph Allen, Amir Suluki, Nathaniel Suluki, and Lawrence Allen; a host of grand, great and great great grand children; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law, Bertha and Kathy Allen; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday 11AM at Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church, 3701 Midlothian Tnpk where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
