Cornelia Johnson

Departed this life April 4, 2015. Cornelia “Tee” Johnson, age 96, passed away April 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Johnson and her son, William(Plucky) Johnson. She is survived by her loving granddaughter, Nichole L. Johnson; a devoted daughter-in-law, Jean S. Johnson; a host of nieces among them a devoted Paulette Crewe, nephews and cousins. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 4:30 to 5:30 Thursday. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Friday at Grayland Baptist Church, 2301 Third Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Clifton Whitaker Jr.(senior pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Friday.
