Humbles, Departed this life December 16, 2008. William Humbles Jr., formerly of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Annie Humbles; one daughter, Montique E. Thomas; one son, Douglas J. Tabb Sr.; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Emmagean Ellis and Catherine Marie Pannell both of Lynchburg; one brother, Earl Humbles of Maryland; two aunts; one uncle; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Omari M. Thomas; one daughter-in-law, Jauwanda S. Tabb; three sisters-in-law, Margaret T. Preston, Carolyn T. Thompson and Louise Humbles; five brothers-in-law ,Turner N., Marvin L. and Larry Tabb and Gary Pannell and Daniel Ellis and other relatives and friends among them Frank Johnson. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Monday 1P.M. at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street. Dr. Ricardo Brown(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Monday.
