White, Departed this life December 22, 2008. Deacon Ernest H.(Gank) White Sr. of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Mattie White; one daughter, Roxanne Brinson; two sons; H. Ron White of Dallas, Texas and Ernest H. White Jr. of Spartanburg, South Carolina; five grandchildren; Eric White, Ernest White III, Marvise Brinson, Shamont White, and Onya Brinson; one great granddaughter, Skylar White; two sisters; Lerlean Taylor and Alice Fisher; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law; Rita and Margaret White; one son-in-law, Elbert Brinson; four sisters-in-law; Lula, Thelma and Vivian White and and a devoted, Estelle Turner; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 4:30 to 5:30PM on Friday. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11AM at Westwood Baptist Church, 915 Glenburnie Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior funeral time. Dr. A. Michael Black(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Saturday.
