Departed this life December 27, 2008. Mrs. Margaret Tardebono of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Tardebono. She is survived by two daughters, Valerie Davenport and Michelle Lovett; and one son, Derwyn Dickerson; one step daughter, Mabel King; four grandchildren; Glenn Lovett(Massahzoe), Clarence L. Davenport and Donald & Lisa Reynolds; five great grandchildren; Tamiya Winn, Chandler Hopson, and Alivia, Bryant, & Brianna Lovett; four sisters; Bernice Newsome, Marian Tucker, Frances Dykes and Elaine Archie; two brothers; Raymond and Arthur Hartley; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in -law, Clarence Davenport; one sister-in-law, Mickey Hartley; two brothers-in-law, Roland Tucker and Ty Archie and other relatives and friends, among them Debra Harriott, Marcia Shepherd, Desiree Dyson, Elsie Livingston, Martha Coleman, Joan Andrews, Grace Massenburg and Rafael Thomas. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7PM on Monday. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11AM at New Deliverance Evangelistic Church, 1701 Turner Road where remains will lie in state on hour prior funeral time. Bishop Gerald O. Glenn(pastor) off. Interment private. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions to be made to the NDEC Building Fund in the name of Margaret Tardebono. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Tuesday.
