Woodrow Gary Losey

Woodrow Gary Losey, 60, of Richmond went to his heavenly reward on April 19. Mr. Losey was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Mary, two sisters, Linda and Janet Rhodes, one nephew,w Terry James, and his two cats, Kokka and Mocha. He is survived by his partner of 34 years, Tivis Jordan of Richmond. One sister, Shellie Hollars of Vilas, North Carolina. Two special nephews, Aairon Thomas and wife, Shellie of Zionville, North Carolina and Scott Hollars of Vilas, North Carolina. A grandniece, Autumn and a grandnephew, Lucius of Zionville, North Carolina. Other survivors are several nieces and nephews. In honor of Mr. Losey’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no visitation, funeral services, or memorial services. Mr. Losey’s ashes will be laid to rest at a later date in Marion, Virginia. Thanks go to Dr. Ian Shupack, Dr. Seaborne Wade, and the faculty and staff of Medi Home Health and Hospice. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Virginia Cancer Institute, and Medi Home Health Hospice.
