Departed this life April 29, 2015. Jerry Mateen Karim, age 65, of Richmond. He is survived by two daughters, Nefertiti Z. and Jernetta K. Karim; two sisters, Edna Deloris Spears and Brenda S. Lee; three aunts; Ada, Dorothy M. and Elsie Davis; one uncle. Harold C. Davis; a host of nieces nephews and cousins among them a devoted Melvin Patterson; one brother-in-law, Ronald Lee; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the Janazah will be held 3PM Saturday. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45PM Saturday.
