Departed this life May 29, 2015. Mrs. Linda Henley, age 60, of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Roslyn Henley; one son, John Henley Jr.; six grandchildren; father, Council Ruffin Sr.; one sister, Ida Mae Bates; three brothers; Council Jr., Calvin and Daniel Lee Ruffin Sr.; two aunts, Rev. Margertha J. Mixon and Alberta J. Vincent; one uncle, Collen L. Joyner; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law, Connie, Linda and Sherry Ruffin; one brother-in-law, William Bates and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. The family will receive friends 11AM Saturday at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 4800 Francistown Road. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon. Rev. James H. Pryor(pastor) off. Interment church cemetery.
