Branch, Departed this life January 27, 2009. Mrs Dorothy M.(Dot-Sue) Branch of Richmond. She is survived by one son, Rodney King of Miami, Florida; two sisters, Ada Carroll and Edna Holmes; two brothers, William and Charles Carroll; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Thelma Carroll; and other relatives and friends, including her day-care children; her church family; and a devoted Phyllis Cook. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at First Union Baptist Church, 3510 Dill Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. John Boyd off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Saturday.
