Departed this life June 21, 2015. Mrs. Mamie Smith, age 80 of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one son, Bill Arthur. She is survived by three daughters; Bertha Sykes, Beulah J. Arthur and Juanita Jefferson; three sons; William, Robert and Floyd Arthur; 22 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; two daughters-in-law, Kirsten and Stephanie Arthur; two sons-in-law, Michael F. White and Tony C. Jefferson; and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Friday 10am at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Pastor Scott Carpenter off. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 9:45AM Friday. In lieu of flowers, cards can be accepted.
