Goode, Departed this life January 29, 2009. Mrs. Venessa Goode formerly of Richmond. She is survived by two daughters, April Goode and Tiffany Berry Rivers; her mother, Constance E. Williams; three sisters, Gwendolyn L. Williams, Deborah Ransome, and Zelda Williams; one brother, William Lee; one aunt, Marian Moore; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law Chase, Berry-Rivers; one sister-in-law, Monica Lee; one brother-in-law, Robert Ransome III; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11AM at New Deliverance Evangelistic Church, 1701 Turner Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Bishop Gerald Glenn(pastor). Elder Glenn Forbes officiating, Elder Zelda Williams(eulogist). Interment Sunset Memorial Park. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Tuesday.
