Junius Ross

Departed this life July 9, 2015. Deacon Junius Ross, age 95, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife , Thelma Ross; two sons, Ronald E. Ross and Larry E. Ross Sr. He is survived by one daughter, Geraldine McDaniel; two sons, Julius M. and Kenneth R. Ross; 11 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law, Brenda and Claudette Ross; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 12 noon at 31st Street Baptist Church, 823 N. 31st Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Morris Henderson(pastor). Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Wednesday.
