Departed this life August 18, 2015. Howard Reid, age 64, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard W. Reid. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Betty Reid; two daughters, Lorna and Tyhesha Reid; three grandchildren; Jaylen, KaRon and Brooklyn Burton; mother, Mary Lee Reid; one sister, Mary(Raymond) Dickson; three brothers; John, Warren(Edith) and Floyd(Bernice) Reid; one aunt, Jessie Robinson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; mother-in-law, Consuella Ivey; father-in-law, Clarence Ivey; five sisters- in law; four brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Monday 12 noon at Quioccasin Baptist Church, 9011 Quioccasin Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Frank Lomax III off. Interment Westhampton Memorial Gardens. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Monday.
