Departed this life August 19, 2015. Mrs. Jacqueline Brackett, age 71, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Thalia Brackett-Page. She is survived by two daughters, Rosalyn and Marlene Brackett; two sons, Roosevelt Brackett Jr. and Rodney Brackett; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Khalidah Watkins; one brother, Stanley Allen; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Vance Page; one brother-in-law, James Watkins Jr. and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1PM. Minister Vance Page off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Tuesday.
