Charles Fowler

Charles Fowler, Jr., age 63, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Ann and Charles Fowler, Sr. He is survived by two daughters, Noir Fowler and Kelly Ann Fowler; one son, Charles Lewis; five grandchildren; two sisters, Alice F. Jones and Dian F. Smith; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law,_______________; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11am. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45 Tuesday.
