Departed this life September 4, 2015. Robert Lynn Carter, age 69, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by wife, Pearlie Carter. He is survived by two daughters, Robin L. Johnson(Terrance Sr.) and Rosalind Carter; one son, Corey Fobbs(Alex); eight grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; his mother, Gussie Judkins; four sisters; Lois Jones, Jacquelyn Braxton, Marva Velma Dabney and Theresa Piggott; two brothers, Louis and Don Carter; two aunts, Martha Lomax and Hazel Pierce; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 noon. Interment Washington Memorial Park. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Thursday.
