Departed this life October 4, 2015. Mrs. Josephine Hatcher, age 84, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hatcher. She is survived by one sister, Joyce Arrington; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Rev. Earl Brown off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday.
