Millard James Watkins

Departed this life October 24, 2015. Millard J. Watkins Jr., age 90, of Richmond. He was a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. He retired from the U. S. Postal Service. He is preceded in death by his wife, Katie D. Watkins. He is survived by one daughter, Tina R. Watkins; three sons; Millard J. III, Richard A., Sr., and Reginald D. Watkins; four grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three daughters-in-law, Phyllis P.A. Watkins, Tina D. Coleman Watkins and Beverly A. Watkins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday 10AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 9:45AM Saturday.
