Departed this life November 17, 2015. Charlie Lee Walter Jr., age 91, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Frances Miller. He is survived by four children; Juanita Gaines, Charlie Lee Walters III, Dr. Barbara W. Puryear(Linwood), and J’Lea Peters; 13 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; one sister, Ruth Walters Harris; one brother, Willie E. Walters(Phyllis); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends at 10AM Tuesday followed by funeral services at 11AM. Rev. Stephanie Walters Stancil off. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery.
