He is survived by two daughters, Varnzell Dabney and Chiquanica Whitehead; four grandchildren; his mother, Dorothy Whitehead Turner; three sisters; six brothers; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 am. Interment My Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home at 10:45am.
